Country-specific development planning of the EDF
Planning stage, early stage
As part of its cooperation with the ACP countries (Asia, the Caribbean, the Pacific), the European Union adopted the Indicative Program for Development Cooperation with Mauritania for the period 2014 to 2020. This includes funds from the 11th European Development Fund (EDF) totaling 195 million euros, which are to be used primarily for measures in the following sectors: food security and sustainable agriculture (78 million euros), rule of law (59 million euros) ) and healthcare (44 million euros).
