Dr. Thomas WülfingPresident
Dr. Thomas Wülfing was elected President of the EMA on 10 December 2024.
He holds a doctorate in law and is an expert in corporate and tax law with over 30 years of experience. He advises companies on national and international transactions as well as on tax law issues relating to reorganizations, restructurings, expansions and succession planning.
He manages the firm’s offices in Germany and abroad and, with his entrepreneurial experience, is a partner at eye level for entrepreneurs.
He is active in numerous associations and non-profit organizations and is therefore also an expert in foundation law.
His law firm was voted Law Firm of the Year for SMEs and he is on the list of the best lawyers in Germany.
