Orient meets Occident – So close and yet so far
We cordially invite you to the Berlin premiere of a short film on the occasion of the vernissage. Thousands of people visit the Oriental-Islamic garden in the Gardens of the World in Berlin-Marzahn as well as the open spaces of the Jewish Museum in Berlin every year. Both gardens are closely intertwined with Algerian artist Kamel Louafi’s life story and his work. How universal can landscape architecture appear, when does it blur borders?!
