“The magic of OUISSAL continues! This time our journey took us to Morocco for the second Kick-Off Meeting, and what a phenomenal experience it was!
Laughter, empowerment, and new networks filled the air as 26 aspiring women leaders from diverse backgrounds came together to embark on this transformative journey.
Once again a big shout out to the initiator of Ouissal, Clara Gruitrooy, and the workshop leader Daniela Greiffendorf for her guidance in tandem work, communication, leadership tools, and mentoring strategy. Also, kudos to our ex-mentee Amal Kenzari for sharing her inspiring OUISSAL journey, and the German Business Center s.a.r.l. for hosting us!
Beyond the workshop room, our time in Morocco was a blend of culinary delights and cultural immersion. Dining in the iconic Ricks Cafe, marveling at the Hassan II Mosque, and navigating the bustling souks of the old Medina, to name a few — each moment added a unique flavor to the whole experience.
