IHM is the most important event for the entire skilled trades sector and showcases the impressive diversity of over 60 trades. Under the theme “Building, Renovating, and Modernizing,” the focus is particularly on climate protection solutions and the digitalization of the skilled trades. The accompanying “ZUKUNFT HANDWERK” program also explores political and strategic issues in depth.
The trade fair is a true crowd-puller, bringing together around 850 exhibitors from some 50 countries under one roof. Each year, approximately 85,000 to 100,000 visitors flock to the venue to draw inspiration from the innovations and craftsmanship of the roughly 1,000 experts represented on site.
