Cross-cultural mentoring program “OUISSAL” First Kick-Off Meeting in Tunisia!
24 inspiring women in leadership from seven countries—Tunisia, Libya,Luxembourg,Germany,Algeria, Egypt, and Spain—speaking four different languages—German, English, French, and Arabic—met their tandem partner for the first time. What a magic moment!
and intensive time full of empowerment, new insights, new contacts, and lots of fun!
A big shout out to the initiator of Ouissal (Clara Gruitrooy) and our workshop leaders covering tandem work, communication, leadership tools, mentoring strategy (Daniela Greiffendorf) and design thinking (Inès Cheniour & Imen Jani)!
