Her objective is to unlock new potential for the EMA—particularly in the fields of leadership and the Ouissal Mentoring Program. She possesses extensive international leadership experience gained within the Otis/UTC Group and holds a Master of Management degree from St. Gallen (Switzerland). For the past 12 years, she has worked as an independent entrepreneur, engaging in international projects and leading leadership development programs at renowned global companies. Drawing on her expertise, she aims to establish a Leadership Lab for the EMA e.V. and strategically advance the Ouissal Program.
