Jörg Weber has been continuously active in the project sector—both nationally and internationally—for 30 years. Serving as a management consultant, project manager, and interim manager, he has acquired extensive cross-industry expertise in the management and realization of projects. His work focuses on the conceptualization and development of intelligent and eco-friendly projects, with the aim of organizing new regional value chains based on regional material cycles—processes that both preserve and create vital habitats. Throughout his long career as an independent management consultant, he has engaged intensively with the organization of cooperative and partner networks, as well as with knowledge management, in order to develop projects from a truly holistic perspective.
Regions: Germany, Europe, and the Mediterranean and Middle East regions.
Areas of Focus: Sustainable water and circular economy management, soil remediation, cooperative partnerships across business, academia, and practical application, and entrepreneurship.
Vision as Treasurer: To achieve a high degree of automation in administrative tasks and expense management, thereby ensuring that EMA’s complex project documentation and administration—as well as its financial and project controlling data—are kept as up-to-date as possible to facilitate professional project and corporate governance.
